We offer various towing options to suit different needs, including flatbed towing and wheel lift services.

Vehicle retrieval is available during our office hours, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. We do not process releases after office closure. For impound releases, please call in advance. Please note that after-hours calls are handled by our dispatch for roadside services only.

Our company does not have direct access to DMV systems. We can only assess the vehicle based on the tags and information visibly displayed at the time of towing.

To retrieve your vehicle, you must be the registered owner and present a valid government-issued ID, proof of insurance, and an acceptable form of payment.

Our typical response time ranges from 30 to 45 minutes, depending on traffic conditions and your location. We prioritize urgent situations and keep customers informed throughout the process.

We offer pre-scheduled towing services for vehicle repairs, relocations, or special events. Contact us to reserve your preferred time slot.

If your vehicle breaks down on the highway, prioritize safety by pulling over to the shoulder, activating your hazard lights, and contacting Big Toe Towing & Recovery immediately. We will dispatch a tow truck and provide guidance on the next steps.

Our company is equipped to tow a wide range of vehicles, including cars, trucks, SUVs, motorcycles, and light to medium-duty commercial vehicles. Our fleet is capable of handling both standard and specialized towing requirements.

Our towing operations are based on contracts with specific communities and parking lots. We adhere to the guidelines outlined in these contracts and parking addendums. Due to our extensive coverage area, we cannot tow every vehicle in violation each night.
